Actually, EFFE books are designed for a wide reading audience—including adults—because it’s definitely not “just kids” who can benefit from a little or a lot more knowledge about today’s world.  (See, for example, the 2006 National Geographic-Roper survey of geographical literacy in the U.S. and the 2002 survey that encompasses nine countries, including the U.S.)

Go ahead, give the gift of learning to that special child in your life.  And why not give it to yourself, as well?
